Part 1:  Relevance and product description

All policies are applied to all products soled on the Rustic Foxxy website. By purchasing from our website you agree to all these terms and conditions.

Part 2: Shipping

Rustic Foxxy ships worldwide from Belgium using Bpost. Standard shipping is done without tracking. It is possible to add shipping with tracking at check out.

Rustic Foxxy is located in Belgium, Europe.

(Note: orders can take a bit longer when I attend artist alleys as a vendor. If you want to have more information about your order you can always email me at Rusticfoxxy@outlook.com)

- Shipping within Belgium normally takes 1-3 working days.
- Packages shipped to Europe normally take 5 -10 working days.
- Shipping to the USA have been experiencing some delays due to American customs legislation. Packages normally take around 3-4 weeks to arrive, however some have been delayed as long as 8 weeks. This does not happen often, but it can happen.
- Shipping to the rest of the world takes approximately 2-4 weeks.

- During holiday seasons it is known that packages might have a longer delivery time then usual.

- I usually ship orders within 3 days of receiving the order. ( Sometimes this may take a little longer depending on the amount of orders I get as Rustic Foxxy is run by one person. But don’t worry, im doing my best to pack the orders as fast as I can.)

- It happened that orders got lost in the mail. If you believe that your order did not arrive wait the above stated shipping time. If after that your order has not arrived you can email us at rusticfoxxy@outlook.com to see what can be done.

All items are either self made in my studio or outsourced from reliable manufacturers. All items are checkt for the best quality, that way you can expect the utmost product quality.

Accepted payment methods are Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, Union Pay, Apple Payment, Amex.

 

Rustic Foxxy has the right at all times to cancel orders that are not placed according to the general terms and conditions.
